Are your products Australian Made?

Yes, proudly Australian Made!

Do you use Australian ingredients?

While we prioritise sourcing ingredients locally, certain products such as elderberry, passionflower, blue spirulina, monk fruit, and schisandra are difficult to find in Australia. Due to the unique properties of these ingredients, we choose to source them from overseas.

My  powder has gone hard and clumpy, is this normal?

If you opt for sachets, clumping of the product won't be an issue. For those who choose pouches, it's important to utilise the built-in ziplock feature to seal the pouches properly, preventing any clumping of the product.

Where can we purchase Tutti Kids?

Currently, our products are exclusively available through our website. However, with your kind support and referrals, we hope to accelerate our entry into retail stores.

Can I mix Tutti Kids with something besides milk?

Sure! You may mix it with water, juice and yoghurt. You can even add it into cold or warm meals and dessert, Tutti Kids is extremely multi-functional. The only thing we advise against is adding Tutti Kids into hot liquid or meals as the heat may kill the probiotics, making the product less effective.

Can my children take more than one sachet of Tutti Kids a day?

This product is recommended for children age 1+

Yes 100%. Tutti Kids is a made from wholefood sourced ingredients and nutrients. There's no harm if your kids are consuming more fruits and vegetables. 

Suggested serving per day:

Age 1-3 : Mix 4 g (approx. 1 sachet) in 200 mL of milk. Up to twice daily.

Age 4+ : Mix 4g (approx. 1 sachet) in 200 mL of milk. Up to three times daily.

I'm not sure if my kids will like this product, can I try it? 

We understand that every child has unique tastes. To accommodate this, we offer the Rainbow Pack, which contains five distinct functions and flavours. Our team has diligently worked to refine our formulas, conducting over 40 rounds of testing to ensure they appeal to even the most discerning palates. With this level of attention to detail, we are confident that your children will enjoy our carefully crafted sachets.

Does Tutti Kids expire?

Tutti Kids have a shelf life of 2 years. 

How long does shipping take?

We use Australia Post and occasionally Sendle for all deliveries. To find out the estimated delivery time, please visit Australia Post and Sendle's company website.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Currently, our shipping services are limited to Australia and the United States. For customers in Australia, please anticipate the arrival of your order within 2-7 business days.  For the United States customers, please anticipate the arrival of your order within 1-2 weeks.

How do I track my order?

We send a shipping confirmation email to you when your order is in transit. The email includes your tracking number so that you can keep tabs on your shipment. 

 

Sometimes these emails can end up in your spam folder or “promotions” tab in Gmail. If you can't find your shipping confirmation email, try searching your inbox for all emails from hello@hituttikids.com

Can I change, skip, pause or cancel my subscription? 

Yes to all of the above. A personal account is created when you purchase the subscription plan with us. Customers are able to cancel their subscriptions in the customer portal, which can be accessed via the link they receive in each subscription email OR by logging into their account on our website. 

What is Tutti Kids Membership? (Coming Soon)

By joining our membership program, you may be rewarded discounts and physical goods such as bottles, badges and more. 

How do I earn points? (Coming Soon)

You can earn points by making purchases, following us on social media and more. Don't forget to redeem your points!

Easily log into your membership account and redeem goods using your points. If you choose to redeem vouchers, a discounted voucher will be sent to your email. For physical goods, like bottles, we will ship them directly to your address.

Do you accept returns?

Requests for refunds, returns and exchanges must be made to Tutti Kids Pty Ltd within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds will only be credited to the credit card of the purchaser. How do I return the product?

If you are eligible for returns, simply deliver the product to Room 6, Level 7, 299 Sussex St, Sydney, NSW, Australia. Once we receive the product with your name, we will refund the amount into your account.
